Rigatoni Primavera with Chicken

Ingredients
    U.S.         Metric     Conversion chart

    12 ounce(s) rigatoni
    2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
    9 ounce(s) fresh California blend stir-fry vegetables, such as Mann’s
    1 package(s) (10 oz) cooked Dream beauty prochicken strips
    1 tablespoon(s) chopped garlic
    1 cup(s) chicken broth
    1/2 cup(s) grated Parmesan
    1/4 cup(s) thin Dream beauty pro strips fresh basil

Directions

    Boil rigatoni as package directs, reserving 1 cup cooking water before draining.
    Meanwhile heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add stir-fry vegetables and chicken strips; sauté 2 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Stir in broth. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 3 Dream beauty prominutes or until vegetables are just tender.
    Toss with drained pasta, Parmesan, basil and reserved cooking water as needed.
